Will’s b...。少女芙季子某天在学校突然晕倒，原本以为没事的母亲季和子将女儿带回家，谁知女儿竟再次晕倒，并对父亲横田弘（胜村政信 饰）说出阴森恐怖的奇怪话语。芙季子随即被送往医院，经检查发现她的腹部出现未知囊肿。从这一刻起，各种怪异之事频繁发生。好色的横田寻找女同事，却离奇地成为了杀人犯；护士裕子（加护亚依 饰）三番五次目睹发生在芙季子身上的恐怖景象，精神几近崩溃；裕子的邻居彻也（濑户康史 饰）好奇于隔壁发出的一样噪音，结果因此丧命；季和子拜托身为巫女的妹妹真理子（中村由里 饰）拯救女儿，继而见到令人难以置信的恐怖场面。原本以为除灵顺利完成，但邪恶的咒怨才刚刚开始……
本片为日本恐怖片《咒怨》系列的十周年纪念作品第二部，另一部名为《白老妇》。。
