研究民俗学的女孩堤春奈造访一位名叫叶山纯子的女子教师。后者曾经步入一个现实世界并不存在的电车站——如月车站，随后从人间消失长达七年之久。为了探明背后的真相，春奈希望纯子讲出自己的故事。在那个平凡的午间，纯子娓娓道来，思绪回到2004年的夜晚。下了夜班的纯子乘上末班车，在车上她还不忘整理笔记。可是抬头发现，电车正经过一个原本并不存在的隧道，周围的光线与颜色也随之变得诡异起来。在那个神秘的如月车站，纯子遇见了同一所学校的高中生宫崎明日香，她们和其他意外闯入这里的人似乎被困在了无法摆脱的神秘循环之中…… 本片取材自2004年日本知名论坛2ch上的都市传说。。In an inaccessible place between the mountains and isolated from the world, a school is located next to an old monastery.
