时间管理局是一个自治且神秘的政府机构，直接听命于政府最高负责人。只有国王，首相以及极少数人知道。去往其它时代需要通过由政府巡逻队守卫的一道门。其目的是检查和阻止任何对过去的侵入影响我们目前生活或相反的行为，这些行为多是为了一己私欲而利用历史。为此，巡逻队需要去往过去，并阻止它们的发生。。这是一部以刀郎人为角色的影片，发生在叶尔羌河畔和塔克拉玛干沙漠之间的狭长绿洲地带。这里的民间，孕育出独特的果实——刀郎农民画。片子通过讲述农民画的人物故事，呈现人类共通的情感脉络，将真实的大漠绿洲生活，展现于世人面前。。Barcelona, 1967.
