本作讲述了日籍解放军战士砂原惠的传奇人生，展现了日籍解放军这一鲜为人知的特殊群体的真实历史。砂原惠，1933年出生于日本九州地区，幼年跟随父母来到中国东北。日本战败投降后，因无法返回日本，流落在辽宁一户地主家放牛。1948年，砂原惠以“张荣清”之名参加解放军，从此经历了辽沈、平津战役，投入到无产阶级革命事业中。。五年前，穆蓁蓁生下两个孩子后被父亲强行抱走了一个；五年后，华丽变身的穆蓁蓁携子穆舟舟回国查清当年的真相以及寻找当初丢失的孩子。在两个萌宝的助攻下，穆蓁蓁和傅南琛之间的感情也逐渐升温......。During the 1977 El Salvadoran presidential election, public unrest is at an all-time high over fears of election fraud.
