A.D.POLICEに勤める佐々木健児は、刑事としての腕前は一流だが他人とのチームワークが苦手で、しばしば相棒を事故に巻き込ませたり、同僚とトラブルを起こしていた。今回も相棒であるポールが仕事中に重症の怪我を負い、人知れず失意の中にいた健児だったが、突然ドイツの警察本部から異動してきたハンスとペアを組まされることになり…。。An old friend of a private detective is murdered.
