Florida party girl Rex (Roberts) turns out to be the only hope for the NASA space program after a fluke puts her in training with other candidates who may have better resumes, but don't have her smarts, heart and moxie.。當三位「閨密食家」黃翠如、連詩雅、陳自瑤，遇上四位「廚藝達人」黃亞保、莫家嘉、顏志恒、支嚳儀，實行《煮東煮西》分享下廚樂。每集選定一款主題食材，保哥會呈獻中式美饌，莫家嘉則巧製西式Fusion料理，並由顏志恒、支嚳儀出任「幫煮」。同一食材兩種煮法，三位美女閨密向眾位星廚「問東問西」兼偷師，還即席試食，品評「東西」好滋味！此外，支嚳儀貼心照顧女士們的胃口和健康，為觀眾帶來多款養生湯水與甜點。。
